Payments:

Which Crafts…Would you like? Has a variety of payment options for your convenience, online credit card, PayPal, Google Checkout (confirmed address only), and money orders. Please make checks and money orders payable to Lorelei Barnett, and include a copy of your order invoice.
Payment and shipment terms may vary on individual items.
We do ship internationally; please contact Lorelei Barnett if interested, so we can give you a specific shipping cost for your area.
Only PayPal will be accepted for international orders!
Due to the high rate of international fraud, we can no longer accept money orders or personal checks from international clients.
I ship worldwide and usually as soon as receiving a cleared payment. If I can’t ship in that time frame for any reason, I will notify you. For custom orders, I will contact you individually.
All sales are final after 7 days of receipt of package, if you are not happy with your purchase please contact Lorelei Barnett as soon as possible,and I will resolve the issue!

Shipping:

I will do everything I can to help you resolve any issue you have, but once I ship your package, I am not responsible for the U.S or international mail.
I ship items via USPS mail, either first class, priority, or parcel post, depending on the weight and the distance you are from me. If you need something mailed out immediately, email me so I view your options.
I won’t include mailing insurance unless you request it. The cost to add insurance to an item is generally $2-$5. If you don’t request insurance, the responsibility to assume the risk is yours.
Insurance is HIGHLY recommended, I am not responsible for loss or damage in shipping if insurance is not purchased.
I ship my handmade items, scarves, hats, and my miscellaneous crochet and crystal jewelry through the mail.
*Please note* during special free shipping offers, method of shipping may change at our discretion to first class or parcel post, etc. dependent upon size of order, destination, etc.**


Refunds and exchanges:

I am very proud of my work, I want to make sure each stitch is done properly, and the finished piece is a work of wearable art.
If I have inadvertently listed something already sold, I will quickly make another, please allow 2-3 weeks, or offer you a refund and my heartfelt apologies.
If you are unsatisfied, for any reason and would like to return your purchase, please email. Items lost in the mail will be replaced if you have requested insurance and will be added to the shipping cost. If you opted out of the insurance, I can’t be held responsible. That also applies to any damages incurred in the shipping, however, if it worries you; please add the cost of the mailing insurance to your purchase. (Post office policy is to wait 30 days before filing a claim for lost items.) Note that a time limit applies and that the item must be returned unused and in the same condition as when sent you. You will have to notify me within 7 days of receiving the item. Priority mail allows me to track mailings.
When the item reaches me, Iwill inspect it before I send a new piece or refund.
Please note that postage costs for sending and returning an item will not be refunded. Your refund will be the full amount, excluding shipping. Also note that if an item is damaged or lost in transit back to shipper, I may be unable to refund the cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned it could be lost.

Please make sure to add an address to where you want the product shippped to, if you only supply the payment address that is where your product will be shipped.
